Privacy Policy

1.1. This Policy describes what data the Crushgram application (the “Service”) processes and how. By using the Service, you agree to the processing of data in accordance with this Policy.

2. What Data We Process

2.1. Profile data: name, age (date of birth), gender, display preferences, bio, username, photos.

2.2. Location data: approximate coordinates used to calculate distance. Exact coordinates are not shared with other users — only a rounded distance is shown.

2.3. Technical data: device identifiers and push tokens, application version information, logs and usage metadata.

2.4. Activity data: reactions, profile views, conversations, complaints.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

3.1. Processing is carried out to provide and improve the Service, build the feed, ensure safety, moderate based on complaints, send notifications and perform the Terms.

3.2. Legal bases: your consent, performance of the contract and the Administration’s legitimate interests.

4. Third Parties and Processors

4.1. Infrastructure providers are engaged to operate the Service (for example, authentication and push-notification services, cloud image storage, hosting). Such providers process data on our behalf.

4.2. Data may be disclosed as required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4.3. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Storage and Deletion

5.1. Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing and legal requirements. When an account is deleted, the profile and related data become inaccessible and are deleted/anonymised within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law.

6. International Transfers

6.1. Data may be processed on servers in other countries. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer.

7. Security

7.1. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of its transmission and storage.

8. Your Rights

8.1. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. Core rights can be exercised through the app settings (including account deletion) or via the contacts below.

9. Children

9.1. The Service is not intended for persons under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

10.1. The Policy may be updated. The current version is always available in the app.
